Hello all...im new to the forum, i thought id share the resuld of a few months in the living room of my flat, surrounded by sawdust. then using my bathroom and a respirator to enable me to spray the thing with nitrocellulose laquer....im not 100% happy with the finish as i was too impatient in the initial preparation....but you cant tell from the photos....obviously it looks like a jag shape-wise.....pickupwise its pretty versatile and i havnt really stayed traditionally jaguar...although i can get all manner of different sounds from the thing!
here are the specs:
swamp ash body
maple neck
ebony fingerboard
Pickups:
bridge: SD JB Jnr.
middle: SD Duckbucker
Neck: SD Little 59
Sonic Blue nitrocellulose laquer
Shaller roller bridge (i had it spare from a previous project where it was unused and it has the nifty feature of being able to adjust string spacing
kluson vintage tuners
really ugly string retainers that need to be changed....fast
Switching:
lower horn control plate: on/off each pickup
upper horn control plate: "dial-a-tap" for middle and neck pickups (potentiometers dial in a variable amount of coil tap)....plus a switch to bypass this circuit
lower control plate: master volume and tone + output jack
any comments welcome.

Yeah, i forgot to say - it's a 25.5 scale - well spotted...the 12th fret inlay isnt showing up too well...there are 2 on one side up to the 9th, then 3 on the 12th right across, then 2 on the other side for the rest of the neck.
