Musikraft JM neck pics?
The Musikraft vintage JM necks look pretty sweet. Are there any differences btw. them and a real late '59 JM neck?
I'd be looking at $500 compared to $1,200-1,800.
The rest of the parts I have are '59 and '61. Financially the Musikraft neck is really appealing. Although, I may just have to save up for a real vintage neck if the Musikraft isn't really sweet.
Can I see some Musikraft neck pics? Thanks!

I'm putting a Musikraft JM neck on my '63 JM. Way cheaper than ponying up for a real ncek right now, and I'll be playing it that much sooner.
These pics aren't the greatest, but this neck is really nice - beautiful nitro, real clay dots, nicely figured maple and the rosewood is awesome too!

I got a musikraft strat neck and it's good but try to have it finished by someone else. Having them paint it takes forever and they don't do a great job. My neck (all maple) had runs all over it.

Re: Musikraft JM neck pics?
i'll take some more pix tomorrow, but here are one or two of my musikraft neck....
ask for the sidedots to be on the seam of the fretboard, as they were back in the day. i didn't make that precision, and got them on the rosewood, while i see that "cmatthes" neck has them in the right place.
i paid $250 with regular maple and brazilian rosewood
