Custom Pup configuration pick guards?

Post by northern_dirt » Thu Apr 03, 2008 8:21 am

Does anyone, besides warmoth who have their own thing, offer custom PUP configuration jazzmaster pickguards?

Liek say I wanted to put a jag single coil in the neck position, and wanted to pull out the Rhythm circuit entirely?

Besides stereordinary - there are a few on the board that makes custom guards. I come to think of two at the moment: theworkoffire (who made my poomaster guard) and Aug (who also is on shortscale and have done several over there IIRC).

dazbootman on ebay is another custom guard maker.

:)
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

This guard is for a body Stereordinary built so I think going with him will be the best choice.

I don't know for the guard maker, but can't you put a jag PU under a standard JM cover? it looks better for me!
Architecture students are like virgins with an itch they cannot scratch,  never build a building 'till are fifty, what kind of life is that?

I think several of the pickguard manufacturers do custom pu configs, but you have to write them.
