Cool. I’m good with your necks, but was just considering it as once you add postage across the Atlantic & import taxes it makes things a lot more expensive.

But if it’s worth it, it’s worth it.

100% not imagining myself with two of your guitars. Not at all.
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

Body came in! I got it mocked up. I think it is going to look pretty awesome!

Yup. Looks great. Sometimes I think I’ve seen enough olive guitars, and then someone posts another one and I’m all smitten again.
I passed on one of them hardtail Mustangs in olive. Wish I had snagged it.

Those are cool. If they had contouring I would want one too.

Almost done! If only I had a full set of strings! LOL This partial set at least helped me with the correct shim to get it where I wanted and to make sure I drilled the neck mounting holes centered. :) I can't wait until I can actually hear how it sounds now. :D

It is all done! Sorry for the delay. I thought the neck was messed up and I would need to get another one. When I tightened the truss rod, the neck was getting more curved. Today for fun, I decided to keep loosening it and that straightened it. Apparently this is a dual action truss rod... The only other issue I had is a high fret end so I filed that down a bit. It needs a fret level and recrown to be pro, but plays fine now. :) I am super happy I figured the neck out. It was baffling me that tightening it made the curve worse and loosening it took the curve out. Anyways, the pickups sound amazing and it plays really well now!

The neck I had on this had some high frets that sort of was sucking for me. I decided to put the neck that was sent with the body on it after spraying the headstock black. I think it looks pretty good and it plays way better.

I'm glad you kept that neck around. I thought I had done a pretty nice job on the frets, and it played way better than you'd expect from a Starcaster neck. Looks great with the black headstock!

Without the original neck it was only a Quarter Pear.
