...for now, first, i decided to try it out on the old CompStang, as it is the one with the littlest sustain/resonance, and it seems to have come more to life with this bridge. Lots of work/ time to get it RIGHT, but well worth it!
Wow that looks extra sweet on that one.

@Deed_Poll
Finally had some time to install the second Tuffset - this time with brass.
Set up nicely and intonated superquick
Thanks again and thanks for your note!
Appreciate it!

Anyone try an under-bridge style piezo pickup on a Tuffset? What with the Tuffset having nothing loose and rattling, it seems like a great idea.

Under bridge? Aren't piezos usually integrated into the saddles for electric guitar bridges?

I received this a couple of weeks ago and I'm still in the middle of my build so I can only state it is absolutely gorgeous and the craftsmanship is perfect. I love the look of the brass saddles and have high hopes for the sound test! But I can't rush my build...sigh

Looks great!! How do you find the brass compared to the stainless?

Sure, that’s one way to do it. I’m thinking of this style:

That's for a soundboard, like in an acoustic or a cello or something.

My new Tuffset bridge with brass saddles showed up Saturday.
Looks great. Can't wait to put in on the thinline Jugular body that I think
I am in the process of ordering.

Really love the Tuffset, Dan! Setup was smooth sailing. Got to put it to use at an event this weekend and there weren’t any issues with it returning to pitch

I just joined the forum and am not sure how to post a pic since I don’t use a picture hosting site. Not as easy as TGP it seems.

Wicked!! Thank you so much, so glad you like it!! Best way to post images for me is to make a free account on IMGUR website, basically you drag and drop to upload images then you can read off the various links / codes that will have them pop up on the forum. This forum likes the ones that start with "[ img ] *picture URL* [ / img]"
Cheers and good luck!! Would love to see pics
