im stripping my squier bronco and wanted to see if any of you offseters had some pics of your natural finish offsets. this poly is a pain in my ass and i need some inspiration. ill post pics when im done with mine....its a show me yours ill show mine kinda deal.

love it. im kind of apprehensive about the light maple neck and how it will look with the natural body. i may have to stain/tint the body a bit darker. i really dig the JM though, thanks.

BTW - You may not be able to have the squire natural because it might be laminated - I know that some jagmasters were IIRC.
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

well what do you mean laminated? ive gotten a good chunk of the back down to where i can see wood, but there does seem to be another layer under the black. i figured it was just some sort of sealer/filler or something. worst case scenario i have to paint it. either way im going to end up with a cooler looking bass then i started out with (at least thats the plan...)

i really dig the jazzblaster/deluxe. that walnut color is so cool. i was thinking of doing a body in that, kind of like the new elvis costello sig.
