Makes real nice looking tortoise material. Has anyone tried to get a Jazzmaster guard made by him?

I've seen some of this guys tort in real life on a friends acoustic, and various examples in pictures and it's very accurate to the styles it was copying (particularly the firestripe on my friends guitar, that looked  ).

Is no one interested that he can reproduce vintage tort accurately?

The size of his blanks might be a bit of a worry - 8" x 4". If he's making them himself that might be the biggest he can do, which is useless for Fenders.

It's also solid tort and not sandwiched—which one would want if trying to get a authentic looking Fender guard.
