Finally an update. I don't have a drillpress and didn't trust myself doing the Les Trem 2 install myself so it's been at a shop (for far too long... think the owner knows I'm not too happy about that, been going to him for 20 years or so).

Anyways... neck/frets need some major setupwork done. I mocked in the pickups the other night.

Wow! As already stated above: nice stain for a kit! :)
I'm normaly not a big fan of dyied blue or green either - but this one looks especially nice! The binding gives a nice contrast...
Congrats! Also the Surf 90s and the Les Trem were good choices! :)

Thanks... I'll be posting updates when done. The feel of the Les Trem is really nice. Glad I made that decision.

I just mixed a couple different browns using Powered Keda dyes. One had more black in it than the other.
