HI OSG,
I'm finally biting the bullet to get the AVRI trem upgrade for my JMJM, but it's proving to be an issue with ordering.
Long story short, I've found that there are two Fender model numbers for an AVRI trem, but both do not show up on Fender's site.
These are:
005-44-660-49
005-44-660-00
Does anyone have any specific information on these? Maybe they are the same, but one is discontinued? Or maybe there is a newer model?

Re: AVRI Trem Models
According to Darren Riley 0054466000 and 0054466049 are the same ...
https://darrenriley.com/store/fender-am ... 054466000/
AVRI JM and jag parts lists say 0054466000. As does Fender's 2016 Accessories Product Guide.
The most recent Fender trem model is the Am Pro's (7710479000) ...
https://darrenriley.com/store/fender-am ... 710479000/
Not exactly clear how it differs. Arm collet does look different.

Re: AVRI Trem Models
Thanks, based off of what you have said and if I were a betting man, which I'd bet I am... I'd say
The AVRI is being replaced by the American Professional series, so the product numbers do not align any more. Next question would be if the trem you listed is the same as the AVRI, but with a different #.
I was also told by the Fender CS that the
-000 is raw production
-049 is an accesory/packaged part number
But they the exact same trem.
EDIT:
The American pro trem has a screw in arm. So it's not the exact same

Re: AVRI Trem Models
The American Original replaces AVRI, not the American Pro. Not sure if Fender has parts available yet specifically for American Original as they are usually a year behind manufacturing of replacement parts on a “new” model. But should be soon. All parts should be interchangeable AVRI and AmOrig once they have everything available.

Re: AVRI Trem Models
The parts list for the Am Orig lists # 0054466000 as the trem (ie same as AVRI). So nothing new there, but makes sense as vintage spec.

Re: AVRI Trem Models
Thanks everyone. Very useful information.
Received word back from fender and it seems like they are just (extremely) out of stock with the trem and no schedule when they'll be back (odd...).
