(so far I have a proof-of-concept that is a 3x scale piece made on my 3D printer).
Immediately I have two thoughts:
1) It's super cool that you/we have the ability to prototype something like that with 3D printing.
2) You should make the 3x scale guitar to go with your proof-of-concept prototype :D
Hahaha it would be so big!!! It's weird though, when I printed out the large scale model, it felt like the "right" size, even though it was obscenely big... because of the detail I'd been designing into it hunched over my big monitor, I just know I'm going to be shocked how small it is!

Teaser shot, after long hiatus!

These are finally entering production! Patent has been applied for, and I am at liberty to share the design!

That looks amazing! If they are even half as good as the bodies you make then I am in!
We are merely moving shadows.

Saw this in about all the offset guitar related groups on fb… looking good and intriguing!

I just subscribed! What pricing do you have in mind for the first (maybe osg-exclusive?) batch?

Cheers guys!

We haven't determined pricing yet - it's going to depend on demand. If we tool up to produce larger batches, we can sell at a more competitive price. But as a ballpark figure, somewhere in between a StayTrem and a Mastery - around $150 or thereabouts.

The bridge is milled on a 5-axis CNC from proper (i.e. not Chinese) stainless steel. All parts are made completely from billet, the sole exception being the screws (which are bespoke and had to be ordered from Japan).

Very early, we plan to produce a brass saddle version as an option.

The real value-added is in the design - I really believe this aspect is head and shoulders above anything else out there at any price, and the cost of manufacture has followed from staying true to the design. This thing is simply too complex to be turned on a lathe or worked with traditional manual batch-methods of manufacture.

This was the minimum degree of complexity we could achieve without compromising the functionality of the design, and that required a very high-tech, tight tolerance mode of production.

A product could be made of angel dust, adamantium and rhino horn, but if there are underlying issues with the geometry and engineering of the design, it doesn't matter. We've taken a physics-first approach, tackling the core principles properly before incorporating those into a packaging puzzle.

Of course, all the fundamental issues with the offset bridges concern the insufficient vectorisation of forces which arise from the shallow break angle. Many components are forced to do too much, because they were copied and pasted from existing Fender saddle designs which had a much greater break angle.

From the beginning, our philosophy has been that every part of the design should be tightly affixed to the bridge chassis once all setup adjustments have been made so they cannot come loose or drift over time, and (most importantly) that the string tension is not parasitised to maintain the set geometry, as it is to a greater or lesser extent in every adjustable offset bridge currently on the market.

Once set, the Tuffset bridge from post to post behaves as a single piece of machined steel, with no moving parts and nothing that can come loose. I intend to knock it in testing tomorrow, and I expect it to ring like a bell.

Achieving full adjustability within these restrictions has been the challenge, and I hope we have achieved that.

I guess the main specs I haven't covered are that it has 52mm string spacing (non-adjustable) and will fit any radius! Construction is 5-axis CNC milled from stainless steel billet, with a brass saddle option coming soon. Everything tightens down completely once set and will not rattle or move over time.

Awesome!!! So awesome. It bears its name proudly, I love it. These things take time and it's obvious that it was done carefully with all the things needed taken into consideration. Badass!
