Both pickups are Novaks, I've drilled out one of those plastic humbucker covers (these ones) so it has holes for the screw polepieces, but it doesn't fit the pickguard so it'll have to wait. The switch above the single coil is just a 2-way phase reversal. The one above the humbucker, from top to bottom, goes: split (inside coil), series (standard humbucker), and finally parallel (big thank yous to theworkoffire and fourmations, as well as a helpful chap on the Seymour Duncan forums, for helping me out with that). I also used a concentric pot so I could still have both volume and tone controls, having installed the three way.

10 points for the first person who can name the fellow on the side of the neck!
I intend to re-finish it at some point, and get a new pickguard that has room for the humbucker cover and a smaller hole for the phase switch. All that's a fair way off though, lots of gigs over the Sumner, no time to be re-finished!
And on the off-chance someone's interested, here'sthe wiring for the humbucker, Seymour Duncan colour coding.
