I'm pretty sure it's a Fender Prodigy that Tim Lash is playing.
HUM is awesome. Their last album (Downward is Heavenward) is one of my all-time favorites, not only for the songs but also for the production.

It looks like the Prodigy is actually an offset!
It definitely looks like he's got a TOM and stop bar on there though - weird mod. The quality of that vid is so lousy it's hard to tell if there's some sort of chrome plate or if it's just reflections off the pickguard - my guess is the latter.

To me it looks like a combination of reflections and tape around the input jack.
