Japanese Mosrite

Post by Tonebender » Thu Feb 21, 2008 3:44 am

Anyone own or played a Japanese Mosrite ?
I'm talking about the standard solidbody Ventures 65 model design, i think they are called a Ranger 66.
The black with white pickguard looks great.
I'm interested.

i have a japanese mosrite/filmore johnny ramone model, which is suposed to be like the old mark II i think...

i don't have anything else to compare it too, but i know i read online some mosrite builder/player who has orig and RIs said the ramone model was the closest out of all the ramones copies to what the original mosrite model felt like...

hope that made sense. i'm sleepy after nearly back to back shifts at work...
