That looks amazing. But I know I'd hate the neck being all flimsy feeling
Best advice in a long time.
Keeping an eye out for more recent Deluxes would be an option too. It's an easy pickup swap. The run from the 2004/5 aren't priced terribly and are good guitars. I've got a black one like this. They did wine red and gold tops. The neck profile is a little bit beefier than a slim taper, but is by no means big.i love sharin foo wrote: ↑Sat Feb 24, 2024 7:07 pmSO, maybe check out these Classics from about 2018 or so. Way cheaper than Custom Shop but still a solid player. And they DID make gold tops too.
Tom, what are the frets like on those later Deluxe models? Are they the modern Gibson fret wire or possibly the low and flat 70's style the original ones have?luau wrote: ↑Sun Feb 25, 2024 9:08 am
