i like the white ones shape better but i like the black color more

White makes it look too much like a Mosrite Celebrity. I would leave it as is. It’s fine.

I'd do clear with the back sprayed a sparkly white, kind of like Gretsch do with their gold pickguards.

yeah that would be cool! you can buy spray on glitter paint at hobby stores. but its kind of rough. a little sand paper-ish
