"upgraded" Standard Telecasters

I have the Jazzblaster all finished up. The Telecaster Deluxe project is an entirely different one    I bought a Squier Deluxe body a while back for practically nothing, so that is at the center of it. I've done some routing to fit actual Wide Range humbuckers in it and I also have a black tele Deluxe guard for it. Besides that, I have some other odds and ends lying around for it. I haven't been actively working on it for a while though. I also have a TOM bridge for it (thanks DDD  ) since it will have a Bigsby when finished.

Do you have photos of the Jazzblaster? I like the sound of your Tele Deluxe project -- going for a Bigsby B-5 this time? I've not listened to that much of the Warlocks but I like what I've heard. 'tis a great photo.

Yeah, the Deluxe will get a B5 whenever it makes it that far    It should be pretty cool when it is done. I'm not in much of a hurry to finish it though. I just don't have room for this much stuff !

The Jazzblaster looks very sweet next to your latest Jag and that amazing '66 Jazzmaster

The Deluxe sounds like it'll be very cool. I've never much cared for the strat-style headstock or the neck radius on the Deluxe and your use of a regular tele neck/headstock will make it aesthetically better. After seeing Bill Janovitz use a late '70s Deluxe w/the strat-style trem during an early-ish Buffalo Tom show, though, I've always wanted a similar one.
