For guitars of the straight waisted variety (or reverse offset).

+1 (in fact, +2 if Darrell is +1), but I'd like to go for the earlier version Marauder (the one that made it into the catalogue). Would I sell my other guitars for it though? Nope.

I'll have one of those in about a month (being finished right now, including the headstock). It'll have a parchment pickguard rather than mint green but it's the same idea.

1958 Gibson Explorer...I have a re-issue Explorer that was made in 1976, but it's mahogany, not korina.

I was going to say Gretsch Silver Falcon, but I have seen 2 and dammit, I will have one someday  ;)

I had a chance to buy a '56 Gibson Gold Top with P90s for...man it was such a good deal...but I had just got the Explorer the week before and didn't think I needed another Gibson and this one had the Gold Top crackie and was getting that green patina and I didn't know how god-like P90s sounded at the time  :'(

i still can't believe out of ALL of us obsessive compulsive offset guys we still have NO marauders.  has anyone actually counted how many there are in the world?
its got to fill up AT MOST 2 hands!

i agree though, a marauder or a veleno is probably the only thing i'd sell any of my babies for...

Didn't someone have a Marauder project? Whatever happened to that? We need to know, dammit!

DarrellT and I both have Marauder projects.  Mine is the version I, his is the version II.  Both of them are on our back-burners at the moment.
