That's been on there for a good long while. It meant a lot of things. It was an age I targeted to get a few things accomplished in life. I also grew up a Celtics fan. ;) When I bought the guitar on ebay, the guy claimed it was butterscotch. When I got it I realized it was far closer to school bus yellow. So I slapped some numbers on it and called it a day.

It's changed a lot since then. The paint is chipping off (cheap paint), the library sticker is there and I put a Gulf Oil sticker on the side to remind me of my grandfather. It's a keeper.

I'm gonna build me one...

This one is just for practice, and to be sold to fund mine... MINE will have just one pickup, and shoot fireballs and lasers, and it will raise the dead and attract large-breasted women.

Where can I get one?????? It's like the perfect guitar...no, it's THE perfect guitar! :D Please told me it's possible!!

Don't have pics of mine but,

I finally finish building a guitar, go to play it, and then remember, "oh yeah, that's right. I suck at playing... Why did I build another guitar again?"

Here's my modded Godin 5th Avenue. A shop called C.B. Perkins added a floating humbucker, mounted the electronics on the pickguard and drilled the side for a 1/4" jack. This guitar convinced me that mini-humbuckers are heavily underrated. I hate to sound cliched, but they really are kind of a "best of both worlds" type pickup: very balanced and clear like single coils with none of the hum.

That guitar makes me want to do things with music that I've never done before. Things I never thought I could even want to do. Different things. New things. Just looking at it makes riffs come to mind that I never would have uncovered with some Les Paul or Strat... That guitar just looks... Inspirational.

What is this? This isn't an actual Fender design is it? Is it some kind of mutant partscaster with relicing? I like it and am curious as to where you get them.
