Just scored a set of AVRI '52 Tele pickups!! Poll: Which guitar to put them in?

I've been looking for a decent set (or just a bridge pickup) for my Tele for a week or so...I set a sniper at a max of $66 to bid on a set of 52's, and I got 'em for $52.99!! 

I almost spent that much on just a bridge pickup.  I'm really excited!

Now I have to decide which guitar to put them in...
1. Swap the TX Special in to the MIM, and put the new AVRIs in the Bigsby.  Eventually install a neck humbucker in the MIM
2. Install the AVRIs  in my white MIM Standard...
3. Swap the TX Special in to the MIM, and give it the Esquire treatment.
4.Shit can the whole thing, and buy some more offsets.

Cool! I voted esquire but I'm not sure if you shouldn't just use both in a Tele. I was gonna swap my 52RI PUPs out and put the bridge in my esquire but I think instead I'm gonna get a fralin stock tele bridge  because it has a much lower output (6.6) than the 52RI (7.3) and I think that's what I want for my esquire.

I'm going to keep the '52 set together...I'm just not sure which guitar to put them in! 

If I Esquire the MIM, I'll use the TX Special that's in the CIJ currently.  I think I would rather find a humbucker (I know, I must be crazy!) for the neck  in the MIM.

I think you should put the AVRI's in the Bigsby, and esquire the MIM...

Alternatively, you could put the AVRI's in my tele

I have a set of the avri's in my bigsby tele.  Sounds great, and keeps a nice vintage vibe about the guitar.

I just wound up dropping the AVRIs in the MIM for the moment, and it sounds the balls!

Nolan, I think CIJ Teles are the absolute balls, and putting AVRI pickups in yours will make it an absolute monster, especially with the Bigsby. I'd pay VERY good money to own that exact guitar. TONE 4 DAYZZ!

What do you think about putting the 4-way switch mod in while you're about it? GPR do a very reasonably priced kit for this which includes upgrades for pretty much all your electronics. Orange drop tone cap too...

Noooo, not at all. Telectronics (see what I did there?) are about as simple as they come in an electric guitar, and the kit comes with a diagram and everything. You need some EXTREMELY basic soldering skills. Cool to be able to have the hum-cancel without a 'bucker.

I've swapped pickups in Teles and my Jazzmaster before, but I just did everything exactly the way I took it apart.
