Finished the pickguard and did a set-up on this pretty cool LP special copy from Univox.
It was missing the pickguard when I got it but had a shadowline where it had been, frets were in good shape but all the metal had green patina and the wraparound bridge had no intonation adjustments.
I got an adjustable bridge from stew Mac that fit the existing post inserts, that made it easy to swap. Luckily I got the one without slots in the saddle because all the strings were a bit off center and the neck is glued and screwed under the front pickup, not so easy to shift.
Decent original gotoh tuners and really sweet P90’s, this is a sleeper lawsuit era guitar. I have to rebuild the case next with new fittings but that shouldn’t be too difficult, it’s been a fun little rainy day project.

Re: Univox Limited Edition
Nice work - would have gone for a black guard but looks like a guitar I could rock.
