One of the ugliest guitars I have seen in a long time

Post by Jan Deal » Tue Oct 13, 2020 10:43 pm

This monstrosity was advertised to me on social media and I've been somewhat transfixed by how awful I find it.

I have to share, as this might be the only way that it's getting out of my head!

I don't hate it as much as the plethora of vintage inspired wonky guitars that are en vogue. I think this is knowingly shite looking and to be honest, I'd probably rock this sooner than, say, a Telemaster.

Yeah that's gross. I'm not a fan of the porn-stickers. I think the body shape is ok, but it would need to be a cohesive color-scheme to be palatable for me...

Come on … nothing beats the wangcaster for the category of the ugliest guitar out there:

ahahah howling

My least favourite design thing is the imagination desert that is the whole Telemasters, Stratuars thing, and this is like that turned up to 11 with some juvenile scribblings on the fretboard.

Absolute crap, would not rock as is

i like it.
it solves the "why is this fucking volume knob so close?" issue i have with strats.
(Christopher, also)
I've been to one World's Fair, a picnic, and a rodeo, and that's the stupidest thing i ever heard come out a pair of headphones.

It's worth seeing the back side of the guitar as well.

Of course it's ugly. The body is 70% Strat. :D
I've kind of made it a rule in my internet life that I'm just not going to listen to anyone who rants about mystical shit like PIO caps in guitars & all the rest of that junk that's objectively busted or so slight as to be irrelevant. - mackerelmint

If you'd take away the scribbles, stickers and relicing I'd actually like this. It's punk-stupid, pop art-stupid, bad joke-funny.

I like the tasteful relicing.
