Only thing I didn't like about this guitar was the "Amber" yellow knobs

Nice new shiny Gretsch knobs... makes it look like a proper Gretsch

I love the feel of those knobs though. I have a set on my Gretschcaster.

The one on my Gretschcaster actually compliments the natural wood of the neck...

For maximum Gretsch-ness, shouldn't it be a metal switch tip?

I actually like the gold speed knobs that come on the early streamliners. They have a cool retro look. The more recent ones have a black knobs that look pretty terrible.

But yeah, the silver G knobs are best suited. I second the notion that you need a silver gretsch switch tip to complete to look.

I agree however those switch tips are imperial so won't fit... and I'm not for wiring in a new switch to fit the tip
