Fender/Squier or Courtney Love?
Wondering if it'll ever return to the roster.
Also. Offset or Notset?

Call me crazy, but I thought guitar body shapes couldn't be copywritten?
Headstock shapes and trade names of body shapes yes, but not body shapes themselves; or am I mistaken?

That said, I can't find evidence that either Fender or Mercury registered the Venus shape as a trademark. However, since neither company is currently using the outline as a source-identifier in commerce, the design is in the public domain.
