Same.
The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

Very nice. I feel like the Tele neck pickup gets a bad rap. That's gotta be a good one.

Totally. I never understood why they got a bad rap. They’ve always been one of favourite songs, especially in solo performance.

Beautiful Tele. I’m also a fan of the neck pickup on most guitars.

Quoting because those pics are great! I completely forgot about the AV '64 Tele - fantastic get. I adore blonde wash teles.andy wrote: ↑Fri Feb 02, 2024 6:22 pmOk here it is!
Some very good guesses, thanks for joining in the fun, but it is an American Vintage 1964 Telecaster reissue! I’m blown away by this telecaster. I’ve been after one of these models in white blonde since the AV series came out in 2012.
The previous owner had the neck changed from 7.25” to 9.5” and refretted with slightly larger than vintage wire. The pickups have been changed to Lollars and the saddles have been switched to the intonated brass type.
There’s lots of great checking. Too hard to photograph! Anyway, I’m super stoked and happy with it.
Congrats!!!
