Anybody know where I can get a Epiphone ET-270 cheap?

For guitars of the straight waisted variety (or reverse offset).

Good luck, all the loony N*rvana fanbois have snapped them up and inflated the value.
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

Yes which is unfortunate as I’m a Nirvana fan myself, but I absolutely love the sound and playability of them

They look cool AF, but they play and sound pretty average in my experience. There's a reason Kurt upgraded

But still, whatever makes you happy! Good luck in your search, if I spot one I'll give you a heads-up

They built essentially the same guitars under other names, a common one being Aria 1802. There's a whole thread on here devoted to listing all the names and brands these guitars were sold under, and because the others don't really have that Nirvana connection, those come cheaper. The headstock is different though.

Here's a cool one for a pretty nice price. Non-original electronics on it though.

Seattle Craigslist for $650 - not sure I’d consider that cheap.

So amazing.

Tangent: I’d always assumed that our first rehearsal space (our basement with a 6ft ceiling) was responsible for my stage posture, but it appears that Unwound contributed on some level as well.
