Les Paul Standard

I really dont think I am going to sell this one.  Its a lightburst but camera made it look a little like heritage cherry

It's in Mint condition.  The top on it really compares to a Premium Plus.  8.7 pounds, less than my Jag

What I am curious about is what you think I could get for this one if I decided to sell.

...you should probably ask the folks at lespaulforum.com that question.  Generally I don't think the offset crowd and the Lester crowd are the same...and the lester crowd would be your market if you did want to know the value...

Yeah .. I really have no idea. Maybe someone here would, but you'd get a lot more opinions faster on the LPF. You could also try searching completed auctions on ebay to give you a rough idea.

I'd expect to get somewhere around what a new one costs +/- a couple hundred depending on the buyer.

That's a great looking one.  I'm more in tune to the Historic prices (which have gotten a bit silly in the past year both new and used), but a Standard like that would run you $2k or more at a GC I'd imagine.
I'm very happy with my '06 R4 goldtop now that I've swapped out the stock Gibby P90s for Lollar.  MUCH better.

I've considered doing the same to my '03 R6. I haven't yet though. I've got a recent Deluxe that I'm thinking of dumping Lollars and a RS Guitarworks kit into. The Deluxe is like the CIJ of Les Pauls, electronics-wise. If the cheapo Deluxe ends up sounding better than the R6, I'll probably take the same plunge.

I would do a search on ebay on it to see what others get for theirs, or google it if it is new and see what they are selling for.
