Yeah... I was trying to be funny, so thanks!

But truth be told, he has about 8 or 9 guitars and they ALL came from me. I can't think of even ONE that he bought himself. Some were gifts and some he just kind of "took over" and before I knew it... he was referring to them as "his".  And two of them I custom built for him.

His only offset is a Vista Jagmaster in CAR (one of the ones he "took over") and it now looks like it was run over by freight train. But the damn thing keeps tickin'....

He's on his own now, working in a guitar store and trying to get in the music biz in Atlanta in some capacity or other. He's about 1000 times the musician I am.

I miss him alot....
Q. Are we not men?

That's so cool, I can't wait until my kids are old enough to play guitar. My daughter is almost there, she asked me the other day for "a Black Vintage Modified Stratocaster HSS with a white pickguard." I said jokingly, "uh, you sure you don't want an SG or a Jagmaster, and She replied, "I'll take an SG if its black. I don't want a red one, but I'd prefer a strat." I was pretty shocked cause she's only eight. I know she had to have been going to through the Musicians Friend catalog, that's the only explanation for the whole "Vintage Modified... HSS" part. What's cool is my first guitar was a black strat with a white pickguard, so that's probably gonna happen for her.
Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.

My older brother gave me a Synsonics guitar with a built-in amplifier...

I'm surprised I actually managed to figure out how to play on that thing.
