These don't look goofy - just horrid.

See, there again, I always thought PRS guitars were nice, but their headstocks were too small in porportion to the rest of the guitar. It's just all about personal preference...djetz wrote: For 3-a-side headstocks, I like the PRS design. I don't care much for anything else about them, and I hate the lurid vomit-maple they use on bodies, but the headstock design looks good.
One more guitar, then I'll practice!

This one is one of my all time favorites. Sleek, unique and functional. I like Reverse Firebird headstocks as well, but this one's about my favorite-looks amazing on the few old Hamer Firebirds, Virtuosos and other models it was used on.

Oh... It's Langcaster! I won't hi-jack this thread by posting any of their abominations but if you go their website you will see for yourself. They actually carve a cobra into one guitar then inlay shells around it!dc wrote:i think it says "WankCaster."mjet260 wrote:Or "MingCaster".Pumpkin wrote:

Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.

Honestly, I see some of the stuff on their website and I just despair...
aside from anything, those 3 string trees aren't exactly gonna be great for your tuning - all that pressure on the string trees and stuff, it'd be friction-central. And what makes it worse is that you could have put the tuners where the string trees are...

I've always liked the epiphone casino headstock but I can't stand any other epiphone headstock.
