Re: post your MONSTER TELES!
I got one of these a year ago. The original owner had a hard time shifting it despite a very fair asking price, I've had his ad saved for a few months until taking the plunge. I've been thinking of selling it to fund something with a vibrato, but I reckon shipping it from Europe wouldn't really be worth it. Anyway, here's a lousy phone pic:ifallalot wrote:Yeah, I bet they can if I can find one, the last one was sold for like $300 on Reverb. I have an alert set up on Reverb though. There must have just been not that many made because I can't find any on Reverb or eBay. Just have to keep an eye out I guess.PixMix wrote:^I remember those, they were from Modern Player series. I really came close to pulling the trigger on one. It sat on my shopping cart for a long time. Perhaps used one can be had for not too much dineros.

Well, if you ever think about seriously selling it let me know and we could look at shipping. It would probably be cost prohibitive even with the neck off though.aRoseisaRoseis wrote:I got one of these a year ago. The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

My humble MiM Tele Custom classic '72. Has had new saddles, a bone nut, the neck has been stripped and truoiled, and the stock pickups have been replaced with Mojos, so it has an actual WRHB. Lovely thing to play, and is super light - just under 7.5 lbs.
