strings for western guitar

hm. time to get some new strings for my acoustic guitar.
i never changed the strings on this thing since i own it (that's some years)... shame on me  :-[
problem: i have no idea what string gauge i should use.

what do you use?

I use Rotosound Country Gold 10s.
