Darrell, that looks great. Perhaps you can see flaws we can't, but it sure looks good to me. If you're going to age it the streaking (that I can't see) will just add to the character.

No, my bandwidth limit has been exceeded. I'll try to post the pics elsewhere.

I saved them all to my HD. The pics are amazing, so I stole 'em! I took the liberty of uploading them in to my photobucket album for you.DarrelT wrote: No, my bandwidth limit has been exceeded. I'll try to post the pics elsewhere.

I had edited these on my previous post, but since it's on the previous page I'll bump'm again.
It's been raining here on & off for the past couple of days. I'll try to get some outdoor pics when the weather clears.

Late back. Yup, I thought it was the old guard that Yannis had. My mistake.
You think you can't, you wish you could, I know you can, I wish you would. Slip inside this house as you pass by.

That fretboard seems to be in a bad need of a linseed oil treatment.....
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

Re: Fender Maverick Refin
You're probably right about the fretboard. I really haven't done much other than a setup after I first got her. I believe one of the pickups may be microphonic so I may do a wax job, but may also wait and see if I decide on a white pickguard. Thanks for all the comments and encouragement thus far.
