I said in the inrtoduction I would post my revs, so here they are:

My USA rev (body made of phenolic laminate, for those of you who don't know, sounds rich, almost chorus-like)

My import rev:
(Made of chambered mahogany, the neck is what makes me long home when at work. It's lovely.)

Let's see what you think of these now!

It's a shame they have stopped making the first type reverends..the ones they made now are

I've wanted a Reverend for a long time, but the US ones are getting hard to find. I want P90s and a Bigsby...

Yep! They're deffinetly offset waisted!

Very beautiful Guitars too - I like the burst one best -even though it's not as "fine" as the US one

Hm, seems like I must have misunderstood the concept of offset-guitars...

that's awkward!
Will have to do some research to be heads up.

Yeah, I like the burst one better too, the only problem is the bridge which looks too much spandex for me.
It's a really good bridge, though, but I rarely use any trem.

They (reverend) have stopped using this kind of trem though, and the newer models will sport a TOM stop-tail bridge instead.
That sounds killer to me. I'm seriously cosnidering swapping to one of those.

I have 3 Revs, a Kingsnake, and a Drivetrain II...each one is used on gigs, and I get compliments every time.
My older Rocco (USA) is a dream to play, and weighs in at about 6 lbs. Good for this old back of mine. ;-)

Joe Naylor is a great guy. Wait til you see the new stuff.

Judging by the second picture, they look as though they are only offset but and horn and not the waist. So no, not offset by Fender's standards.

There may be something wrong/distorted with the picture, but this looks offset to me:

Green line= through the polepieces of the pup (should be right angled to the neck)
Blue line= waist.

I'm no reverend pro though.....

It may be offset, but is it 10 degrees? That seems to be the magic rule.

In case you didn't know, the Strat is slightly offset, too. Not by enough, though.

Yea, joe seems like a super dude. And I can't wait till the new stuff comes out! Dont' have a clue of what it is though, but I bet it'll be goodies!

Soundhack, at least there are rumors of new stuff on their forum, and with this post from IPL, there is reason to believe those rumors.
Joe always has something new to bring to the table, he seems to be constantly making improvements and additions.

I just wish they made a baritone model too, but Joe confirmed they wouldn't make one too soon.
