It's okay, take your time. I'll be patient.

Get things figured out first.

It may be interesting that you record the Jm-90 squeel so we'd know from how much amount of gain it starts to squeel and how it squeels..

Here are the clips I promised!!!

AMP: Fender Hot Rod Deluxe
Settings:
Clean Channel;
Treble:4;
Mid:7;
Bass:5;
Reverb:3.5;
Presence:8;
Bright Switch: OFF

Bridge JM-90 Clean      Both Pickups Clean      Neck JM-V Clean    All Positions Clean

Settings:
More Drive Channel;
Same EQ as above;
Drive:12(full)

Bridge Dirty      Both Pickups on Dirty      Neck Dirty      All Positions Dirty

Various noodling. :P

I also attempted to capture some of the feedback problems I'm having in a recording.  This is the best I could do.  Jekkyl and Hyde, both channels on, drive full on. It's much much worse at higher volumes.  At living room levels, it's difficult to capture.

Feedback

Loading time may be a little slow, as they are in .wav format.

I just figured out that esnips changed their policy.  Supposedly, one can make their files available for download, but there's no link where it's supposed to be. >:(

I'll upload the whole lot of clips to Megaupload....

  :) Seems a lot of offsetters tend to like that pickup configuration (myself included)!  I also have a JM-90 in the bridge, but I bought an AVRI neck pickup to go with it.  Kinda the same 'vibe' though.  The vintage style neck pickup and the fat 90-style bridge pickup seem to really complement each other to make the jazzy a (more?) versatile guitar! (which still retains tons of personality!) 8)

It's finally FINISHED.  My '66 CIJ replica is complete.  I was just waiting on the right pickguard.

I installed my Allparts 'guard I bought from fellow forumite, shikantaza.  I love it!!

Looks really good Nolan.
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?
