Not for sale in Canada - store I went to contacted the Fender rep for me and said Canada isn't getting any of the Sherwood Green Limited Edition model.

None for Canada seems to point to the fact that these will be pretty limited in numbers. I am glad I cooled my jets and have backed off getting one of these or I would be freaking out trying to pre-order right now. I am refinishing my VM Jag to sherwood green and will be doing the series/parallel mod. This is the only reason I am not in panic mode!

8 week delivery time quoted, but lots of pics kinda makes it look like they have/had one on hand. Have we missed anything?

(Also, let the whining begin, but: mint guard and white trem arm tip is eew! Does anyone make a mint/cream/parchment trem arm tip?)

I know STAYTREM off a black, white or Ivory option when ordering their Tremolo arm. Maybe if you ask nicely they'll sort you one out?

This is a cheap and easy solution, but it's a pain in the ass to fit the new tip in (did it on my Marr Jag).

If you happen to live close to the border you could get one shipped to a Fedex or UPS hold centre in the US. I've done this twice recently with no problems.

Dutch site says they will have 2 of them. Out of 36 for Europe.
Number of limited run :200 worldwide could be correct.

I swear I saw a KO with spitfire tort on OSG. It looked beautiful as you'd expect.

I'd love to see it, I'm highly considering getting a spitfire tort.

There's one on Reverb with regular (red?) Tort on a KO. Notttttt really feeling it. Spitfire could be different. I would like to see mint, but I'm thinking stock white looks best in this case to me.

What *is* the price for buying one of these new? Is it the full $1749? I strongly doubt that. Anyone knows?
