It'll ship on Monday
thing is, by the time it clears customs, I'll be in Greece for three weeks, so when I'm back on the 16th of Jan, my 30th b-day present will be waiting for me.
it's is currently being setup to my specs

Very nice. I'm usually a Martin fanboy, but i wouldn't mind getting my sweaty paws on one of those

hey thanks guys,
a J50 is a J45 with a natural coloured top, so it should sound exactly the same...bannerheads are unfortunately out of my price range...I worked out that just tax and shipping was going to be $1500...just too much money when you add that the guitars in question were $5k!
this will do just fine...can't wait to see it and play it.
