Re: Setup of the day
the hiwatt wasn't used. it was just holding my bassman. but yeah, i use a stereoish setup. basically all my dirt pedals goes to the bassman and all the pedals go to the deluxe 90.

Do you use a splitter to use it as a wet-dry rig?s_mcsleazy wrote: ↑Mon Aug 17, 2020 6:05 amthe hiwatt wasn't used. it was just holding my bassman. but yeah, i use a stereoish setup. basically all my dirt pedals goes to the bassman and all the pedals go to the deluxe 90.

Re: Setup of the day
That's a sweet setup. I've had this idea for years of getting an ABY for 2 maps, where each amp has its own overdrive/distortion and delays/reverbs, so you could switch between 2 different styles or blend them.s_mcsleazy wrote: ↑Mon Aug 17, 2020 7:01 amaby box that i modded to have a phase flip (fucking boss pedals just flip the phase) that way i can turn on and off which i need.Shadoweclipse13 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 17, 2020 6:32 amDo you use a splitter to use it as a wet-dry rig?s_mcsleazy wrote: ↑Mon Aug 17, 2020 6:05 am

Re: Setup of the day
Incidentally, I’ll be running a Bassman/Hiwatt clean/dirty setup when I get back from vacation - the DR504 is set to be delivered on the last day of our holiday...

Curious about something, and preemptively wanna say it’s not negative criticism at all as I actually love yr guitars when I see them. Are they mostly partscasters you put together? The headstock shapes and pickguards and layouts and stuff all look super random and diy, I’m really into it

Re: Setup of the day
well the jagmaster is just a vista jagmaster. the bunnymaster is an interesting case in that it started life as a standard jazzmaster that someone routed for JM trem and made a new pickguard for. i just stuck a neck i had laying around on it and kinda fell in love with it. i keep joking that i'll retire it when i find a jazzmaster that does what it can do but better...... not happened yetMechanical Birds wrote: ↑Fri Aug 28, 2020 10:44 pmCurious about something, and preemptively wanna say it’s not negative criticism at all as I actually love yr guitars when I see them. (CV JM) > EQD Afterneath > IdiotBox Power Drive > Caroline Parabola > Caroline Kilobyte > Caroline Metéore > (Peavey Delta Blues)
My Afterneath wasn't doing anything a few weeks ago. The LED would turn on/off when you engage the footswitch, but there was no delay/reverb sounds coming through it, just dry signal. It came back from EQD repaired and I wanted to try it out (working great, and no charge for the repair, only for shipping!). I wanted to play with the Power Drive a second time, and have been wanting to play all my Caroline stuff together. Absolutely killed in every way. The Afterneath and the Metéore are SO good together. The Power Drive is just fuzzy enough to be my fuzz pedal, but every setting on it is amazing. A lot of fun playing this.
I'm getting SO close to having my board be done, and I'm dying to get it finished more and more every time I play. The only thing I'm waiting on is for EHX to finally release the Pitch Fork Plus.

Re: Setup of the day
Just got an expression pedal hooked in to delay time on the Boss DD-200 to go for the Tom Scholz hyperspace sound
Effects are: Boss LM-2 > Ibanez WH10 V1 > Deluxe Big Muff > Mooer Slow Engine > Marshall 8100 > EFFECTS LOOP > MXR Phaser 2000 Series > Retro Sonic Chorus (CE-1 Copy) > Ibanez FLL Flanger > Boss DD-200 w/ AMT Expression Pedal
