Been jonesing for a Jazzmaster for years. Pulled the trigger on a Squire J. Mascis used a few days ago.

I have slowly been learning about the anatomies of these darn things...........the trem alone has surprised me so many times,,,,,,,,,depending on how I adjust them........
Also, interesting to me, I put some Fender "Jazzmaster" strings on my J Mascis,,,,,,,,,the smooth ones, I guess they are flatwounds.........anyway, very different and cool............lol

Welcome. JMJM is a good choice for offsetbeginners! I love mine. It's a really reliable guitar. For me first choice for gigging.
