kits
I just recently bought my first kit and kinda butchered it. In the process I am really liking the process, especially since this lockdown seems to be dragging on. Is there a kit that you would suggest? I am open. The kit that I had problems with was the Stew Mac Delay but that was all on me and I will try it again. I have also bout the Kurt Ballou board and will give that a shot tomorrow. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: kits
I've built several kits from General Guitar Gadgets. These included the squeeze compressor, the Muff clone, the fuzz face clone, and a LPB1 style boost. They all worked right out of the box. (so to speak) Instructions were clear and the pedals did what they were supposed to do. The instructions often allow the builder to put the kit together to follow a specific effect's circuit. For example, I built my fuzz face clone to work with germanium transistors and with the circuit used in the 69; however, it also can be built to work with silicon transistors and with other circuit tweaks. The prices are reasonable IMO.

Re: kits
BYOC (Build Your Own Clone) have some fun ones as well. I built their tremolo, fuzz face, muff, and digital/ping pong delay a while back. Prices are also reasonable.
