NGD - AV65 Jaguar in Ice Blue Metallic
Edited for the pics
Still - fuck every Republican
Some nice flame on the neck and I love the way that looks around the fifth fret, like an atom bomb or something? And look at that binding! The binding on my Thin Skin is covered in amber, sadly. Now I’m going back and forth on whether I should put tort on this one too. Gonna take some time with that decision I suppose.
It plays really good! I think the guy put 9s on it, so it’s something I’m gonna have to change but I’ll keep them on for a couple weeks since they’re new. Finish is great, only real songs are the dents on the back there. I love these guitars, though. I’ve handled and owned a handful now and all of them have been as close to perfect as I can imagine, save for the trem on the first one I got but it was part of the first run from 2012 or whenever they launched and somehow fucked up the arm and collet and I guess a bunch of people had that problem. Even on that one though in every other possible way it was amazing.
Here’s to hoping one day I’ll have the option to buy a 66 reissue!

I am going to take the wildest of wild guesses and say that Burgandy Mist Swope GTO I was watching on Reverb that just sold. Beautiful guitar. Terrible pictures.

i don't know what you're worried about.Mechanical Birds wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 2:44 pmObviously will post pics when it’s here in a couple days. I’ve never done the guess my new thing before so let’s give it a go now.
First hint - it cost more than I’ll probably ever be able to get back out of it because I’m impulsive, thought it is fucking awesome
Second - I compromised and it’s close, but not exactly my dream guitar and I hope I don’t dee this way, but definitely anticipate second guessing myself and wishing I’d gone with an MJT thing
Third - fuck every Republican
Mitch is going to have a Grinch moment, and send you $2k.

I would give the board every guitar thing I own if instead he could just end up under a falling piano or the deepest part of the ocean with all of his colleagues and votersCon-Tiki! wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 3:56 ami don't know what you're worried about.Mechanical Birds wrote: ↑Thu Dec 31, 2020 2:44 pmObviously will post pics when it’s here in a couple days. Oh shit I meant to post this in the new/reissue section, I must have had a few tabs open or gotten distracted. Makes the previously dumbfounding sales jokes make way more sense
Can someone move the thread there plz and thank you

No, because we don't know what it is yet, so mods won't know what subforum to put the thread under.Mechanical Birds wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 5:15 am

In that case
New hint - it is a reissue.
Also it has a tremolo
Not a lot, but a few substantially famous players play them but beyond words less than something like a Strat or Tele
