For my project I still need to choose a vendor for a neck. Warmoth will do a left hand 24" scale neck but they offer a variable radius fret board and they recommend using a modified Mustang bridge so you can raise the saddles (apparently not an option on a Jaguar bridge), USAG does a Jaguar neck but the peg head shape looks like it would need to be modified to match the Fender shape.
Are there any other manufacturers that offer left hand Jag necks that are accurate?

USAG offer cooler stuff: you can get the C nut width (1 3/4 "), neck reinforcement rods, definitely better.
