Finally back in the dungeon after a stretch topside.

I picked up this Area 51 body with tort guard and Fender style hummer
but no neck pickup this summer for cheap. I had this flame maple
reverse headstock tele neck waiting for a project and married them.

The neck pickup is a Duncan lipstick, very nice.

Tip of the day, wrap some tape around your drill bit as a depth stop.

This thing is all sorts of cool! I've always loved the look of reverse headstocks, and being on a non-standard body is just super cool! I love your pickup choices too!!

Thanks! It’s all kind of weird, one knob is the pickup selector and the other is a push/pull
volume and coil split for the humbucker.

Love it!! You know me, I'm a sucker for versatility with pickups. And split WRHBs is a sound I love very much (though I'm used to splitting one in the neck position).
