Why couldn't they at least put three jazzmaster pickups on it (if they'd fit)?
Because it's part of a whole series of guitars with P90s (hence the name, Noventa, I assume).
If I wanted p-90s, I'd play Epis or Gibsons
Eh, I beg to differ. But then again I love combing aspects of different guitars. The sound of a P90 with the playability of a JM seems like a godsend to me.

I mean it’s awesome how popular P90s have become. I remember them being rare and now they’re on everything.
Is it, though?
The P90 is a noisy design from the 1940s. It was already considered an inferior and outdated pickup by the folks at Gibson themselves by the mid 1950s.
I understand Fender keeping their own legacy products going for the sake of history, but it's definitely moving backwards to be sticking the things on Fenders in the 2020s.
Part of this is on them as a company, and part of it is on guitarists for fetishizing ancient designs instead of moving forward.
P90s sound so good though. There's nothing that comes close to the sound of a P90. And to be fair, passive pickups themselves are an outdated technology given the existence of actives.

Hard disagree -- p90s sound way better in a Fender scale length and construction to my ears, I find them kinda congested in a Gibson/Epi.

I guess it's time to bore everyone with my Taco Bell analogy again. I wish Fender would just actually design a new guitar rather than cobble together some Frankenstein's monster from whatever cadavers are around.
It's not like they haven't tried (Marauder, Lead, Performer, Prodigy, Jagstang, Venus, TC90, M-80, Meteora, Powercaster); it's just that the guitar market has treated any solidbody shape designed after 1965 like a novelty. The only real exception is the PRS Standard/Custom, but I guess that's lasted because it's kinda a "goldilocks" design for a number of players.

I love P90s and walnut/black combo so this should be right up my alley, but somehow the pickup/pickguard layout looks a bit off to me: maybe the pickups are too "rectangular" for the curved pg, maybe the bridge pu comes too close to the edge of the pg, maybe it's something else, I don't know.
I really like the idea, but this is nowhere near as cool as the Noventa Telecaster.

I do too. Apparently, I have a thing for purple guitars.
Sid Nitzerglobin's Andromedary guitar will always be one of my all-time favorites.
I might need a purple guitar at some point...

That's cool. But I'm glad P90s lovers get to pay something else than what Epi/Gibson has to offer.

What wood is the fretboard in that purple jazzocaster?
Are you talking about mine? I have an aluminum neck on my guitar.

Now that I think about it, these would be good candidates for firebird pup swap. Not that there’s anything wrong with p90s

Oh wow, that never even occurred to me. That's a great idea. I'm imagining a P90 in the neck, Firebird in the middle and mini-hum in the bridge. Or switch the P90 and the Firebird for a very interesting variation on HSH.
