Blue Jaguar wide-n-long neck
About 9 years ago I wanted to build a Bass VI because I love offset instruments, and 6-string E-E bass with vibrato arm is cool. But later I realized that despite the fact that I was a bass player, I wanted like to play guitar sometimes and I didn't have one. But all the guitar necks are too short and thin for someone used to play bass. So I found a luthier who created this guitar for me.
1. Neck: maple neck with ebony fretboard.
• Scale: 26.38″ (670mm)
• Nut Width: 1⅞″ (48 mm)
• Fret #: 22
2. Body: alder. Color: RAL 5024, matte finish (wanted to have something similar to the daphne blue).
3. Schematics. Not decided yet. Will be something weird and crazy.
4. Pickups: Mojo Pickups.
5. Tuners: Gotoh SD91-05M.
6. Pickguard: 4-Ply White Pear.
7. Bridge: Staytrem Wide Bridge for Bass VI (I think that the only option in this case).
8. Mastery Vibrato with the UFO arm and Mastery String Tree.

“Killer” headstock logo! That’s a super cool guitar.

Re: Blue Jaguar wide-n-long neck
Thanks everyone for the feedback! So nice to hear all these kind words.
The logo is the same as in my band where I played for 7 years The name of the band is Coffin Wheels, surf rock.
I will definitely update the thread when I have some updates regarding the electronics.

Re: Blue Jaguar wide-n-long neck
That looks mad. The gold in the pickups sets the blue off very nicely.

Re: Blue Jaguar wide-n-long neck
Thanks! That was my main concern when I was installing pickups, I thought that silver would be better, but now I'm used to it.
