The 80's Boxer line was a lot like the 90's Prodigy line.

The Fender Boxer Series came out a few weeks ago. A modest re-boot of the MIJ Boxer Series.

I'm sure some Fender dealer in '64 looked at the new Duo-Sonic II and thought, "That's not a Duo-Sonic. That's a Mustang".

Just messing around I googled “Fender 90s series” and they have a link/page for it but it just redirects to the homepage. Really wanna see what they’re doing with it

It is the 'Noventa' series, as in the 3 guitars with P90sMechanical Birds wrote: ↑Wed Jan 13, 2021 10:21 pmJust messing around I googled “Fender 90s series” and they have a link/page for it but it just redirects to the homepage. Really wanna see what they’re doing with it

I just googled "Fender 90s series" and the top link was from Fender and entitled "The '90s Collection".

It's just a dead link for now, but I think something cool might actually be coming!

The 90's series is gonna have a Jag-Stang. I'm calling it. You'll see.

It was my fault guys sorry, it is “noventa” series, my friend typed it. We are from Mexico and i thought he was referring to an a 90s series, so i translated it, noventa means ninety in Spanish.

Re: Squier 2021 line?
That still doesn't explain why Fender have a URL for "the '90s Collection" though.
Google Fender 90s series / 90s collection / something like that and you'll see it as the top link, albeit a link that redirects back to the home page. That suggests we've stumbled across something as-yet-unannounced that is separate from the Noventa series.

(Or a more boring explanation is that the same language confusion happened at Fender themselves, leading to them making this URL for no reason.)
But I'm choosing to get my hopes up. I've been on tenterhooks ever since that Jag-stang was spotted amongst now-released models at Fender Hollywood a few years ago.

If you change your location to the US and Google the 90s collection and follow the first link, then scroll down, they are trying to sell you a 90's t-shirt! I think the 90s collection is/was a range of clothing.
I hope I'm wrong!

That actually makes sense. I can find a few "90s" Fender t-shirt with a bit of googling too. Aww. Well, another year of getting my hopes up for nothing then.DavidG wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 11:37 amStephen_42 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 14, 2021 6:44 amThat still doesn't explain why Fender have a URL for "the '90s Collection" though.
