For guitars of the straight waisted variety (or reverse offset).

Doug did a FANTASTIC job!

It sounds and plays great, too.

In a related story, I just scored a Daisy Rock Retro-H for $149.99!  It's a really nicely made guitar and the mini humbuckers are a nice mix of jangle and crunch.  YOu can still get them at both Musician's Friend and Music123 and maybe Sameday.

Other cheap guitars of mine-  my Fatdog Danelectro listed for $500 even, but I got it for a trade of a Kramer Ferrington and $100.

I just sent my wife a link to that Daisy Rock guitar... she's been jonesing for a hollow-body but she doesn't want to spend any money on one  ::)

That does look like a pretty good deal.

I played a Dillion Thinline copy for a while. I got it for $300 maybe?
My friend gave me a Squier neck. Put some new pickups in (maybe Seymour Duncans?).

It was a great beater. It's out on extended loan now, but it served me well.
