I tried a skinny leather strap on my acoustic and I just couldn't get used to it. It felt wrong.parry wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 6:01 amSkinny straps for sure. And white is about the only other colour I could imagine going with

Re: Show Yer Straps
It wasn't the strength of it, I think I'm just used to the standard width strap, and that combined with me being a bigger dude, it was just weird.

Jaguar bass
I've got other ones that I feel are really well matched, but those projects are in a state of incompletion right now, so I'll post them when they're done

Thanks Sal!! I'm actually about redo a small bit of the wiring and put a satin clearcoat on the body just to protect the wood a bit. I will post some pictures once it's truly, finally finished.sal paradise wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 9:14 amThat bass isShadoweclipse13 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 9:00 am

Re: Show Yer Straps
Thank you! I find myself playing my 335 more these days, but every time I pick up the Coro, I'm like... "why aren't I playing this more??" It's still my primary recording guitar though.
