Does any body have a sample or link on youtube, where I can see difference between machine and handguided wound pickup? I got this one and not sure if it is hand guided or machine wound. It is formvar from late precbs. It is staggered pole pickup so much more height than flat pole pickups, 6,2 Kohms.

I think it would be unreliable to judge on the winding of your pickup based on the comparison to a youtube sample.
Apparently, every other aspect like magnets, type of wire, etc will have a larger impact on the sound

Sounds reasonable, material is more important than technique of winding. Interesting is that this staggered pole pickup is from beginning of 65(white pencil dated) and still has formvar and black bobbin. Sounds much brighter than flat pole jag pickups.
