I'm a huge fan of those P-90 Gibsons. I used to have an early 90s double cut Special that was truly a great guitar(had to sell it to buy my old 61 JM). I'm planning on ditching my tele and building one very soon. I'll soon have the templates for both the single cut and the double cut flat tops and I'm really torn over which one to do first. So many cool guitars.....do I do the single cut JR in SB, a double cut Jr in cherry, a TV yellow single cut Special, or even get crazy and try my hand at a 54 LP Custom(although the carved top scares me)? I played a 59 LP JR a few months ago and it sounded fantastic and although the neck was kind of big, it was very comfortable. Damn I love those guitars....

Make it a double cut and I'd agree. OK, I guess we can divide them. You take all the single cut gibsons, I take the double cuts

. LP for you, SG for me. ES175 for you, ES335 for me. No, hang on, I'll swap you that one.

We can divide the ES-335s up by B&B and D&B. I have been feeling those walnut stained blocks and binding 335s...

I missed my '55 Junior for YEARS, so just last Monday I got a Robin Avalon.
Feels JUST like my old guitar, P90 growls!
Competition Stripes make them play FASTER.

That single cut special kicks ass.
On the LP specials, I really like the bound necks. Definitely "sexier" to me than the Jrs...

(No, it isn't Mark Oliver Everett from eels though
