that's because it is HIS guitar .... he works for NASA ... reach for the stars and all that ...

you should see them all at the NASA "talent quest" night ... every one come on stage with a guitar painted just like this one, the more senior members of the NASA team, and those involved with the huble space telescope , have the "horse head nebula" painted on their axes.
