How to upload music

Post by pullover » Wed Oct 11, 2006 6:25 pm

How do you guys upload your music, I am a Myspace nerd but if there's a better way (please god let there be a better way) I'd like to hear it.
Why should we buy postage stamps? We can make our own.

I have a streaming flash player embedded on my profile page on MySpace. It's really easy to do. Follow thislink and it'll tell you what to do. I can try to answer any questions as well. Good luck.

Soundclick.com is free and has loads of space. If I understand it correctly they only have a limit on the size of songs (must be under 10 MB), but not on the number of songs (so 467 8 MB files is fine).Shameless self-promotion.

MacIdol's down at the moment, but it's really great.  One thing- original songs only- NO COVERS.  Don't want the copyright goons to shut the site down, after all.

The forum has a pretty decent community, but it could use some new blood.  C'mon over!  I'm even a mod over there.

I knew you and Neil used macidol .. quite a cool place .. I was planning on joining once I have a shiny new Mac and can hold my head high there.

Myspace is dire .. the music player frequently crashes my poor obsolete PC.
